"I have personal knowledge regarding WMMC and staff. In reading the reviews I am amazed at what several people wrote. In all businesses there will be “unhappy campers”, and most times this is due to communication and misunderstandings. Dr. Aslam is a great physician who genuinely cares about her patients and reading some of the comments I believe those were written in anger. Dr. Aslam would never disregard patient injuries and front office personnel oversight. Maybe the unhappy people did not completely understand the situation at the time. No office in any field is perfect but I can vouch for the fact that Dr. Aslam does care about all who are in her care."

"Not sure what is going on? Two weeks ago I came in was supposed to have a chest X-ray done still no paperwork ??nobody wants to call me back? I just don't get it ?This is why I left my other primary physician. Wow sad the stuff patients go through. Not a happy camper!!"

"this place is just awful my brother who has MS Multiple Sclerosis fell today when he got there keep in mind it’s over 100 degrees outside and she told him that it was his fault he fell because no other patient has fallen in that office. not once did he try and place any blame. i’m just so dissatisfied and shocked at the way he was treated by doctor “oslom”. if you don’t know how to treat patients with disabilities and sickness please do everyone and favor and find a new one."

"These guys bent over backwards to help me work through a bad situation in regards to scheduling. I am a veteran and my appointment was made by the VA, but the VA made a mistake that wound up causing issues for everyone. Western Mountain Medical took the extra time to make phone calls and explain the situation to me. They were understanding and helpful. I greatly appreciate their professionalism."
