Exceptional Community Hospital - Bullhead City

"Receptionist and male coworker were arguing with triage nurse and involved me. Nurse said I was getting CT. Doctor was talking so fast didn’t get her name. Rough exam also. CT dept asked where my IV was for CT with contrast per her order, doctor changed order to X-rays and radiology found out while I was on CT table then moved me to X-ray dept. A/C was set to 72 degrees!!!! Freezing no blanket awful attention to patients. Second person in waiting room 2 1/2 hrs later no progress. Given 2 Tylenol for extreme gastro pain. Only way I go back is if taken unconscious by ambulance!!!!"

"Was here last night and the staff were Great! Patricia my doctor and my nurse I don’t remember her name but they were great! They seemed to actually care. I did wait a little but I actually didn’t mind waiting! Truly thank you for caring about my health. Better than WARMC and Valley View."

Even the staff at the front address you with compassion. The physicians on the staff have a heart and they truly care about you the patient. My advice don't go to any other medical facility except this one.This is top notch."

"took 6 hours, 3 or 4 was us waiting for them to tell us that my brother got strep throat, another hour just waiting then they eventually got taken into a room and after another hour he got his shot and medications prescribed. It was 1 am when we left. I'd like to mention while my brother was taken care of there was at least 6 or 7 other patients who came in and left without an appointment. I'd say the only good thing was the waters they have out, the vending machines only took cash because one of the vending machines card system was down."

"Been sitting here for 2 1/2 hours for extreme back pain. Sent to do a urine test, and waiting in the waiting room due to lack of beds available. Yet I’ve seen a handful of people who came in after me go back I think I’m up to 5 people now … while 2 1/2 hours later I’m still sitting here. I can’t sit this long everything hurts, the pain is an 8/10 like I told the nurse during the assessment and yet I’m the only one here. One other individual again came in after me had a cold, they were helped and have left, another with the same. 3 days of this pain and I’m still just sitting here. No help. What a joke. Finally after 2 1/2 hours I say something to the lady behind the desk who offers to get the nurse… the same nurse who already told me they have no beds available. Maybe they are exceptional with helping people who have colds? Maybe they should just be a minute clinic and not a hospital at this rate. I’m leaving the hospital in significantly more pain than I came in with for having to sit in the waiting room chairs without help. What a joke. What an absolute joke."
