However, I had to give it 3 stars due to the missing shoes, sending half of my ordered slip covers in the incorrect color, and missing side piece that had to resent out and still awaiting the last pillow. I was advised these were sent in separate pieces but I didn’t plan on being 2 wks into receiving most of order and still waiting on shoe replacement and back ordered back pillow cushion. I also now have to go through the process of sending the incorrect slip covers back to the company. Is the product worth the hassle? I’d say yes. Is the process smooth? "The staff at the store in Chandler was amazing!! So very nice and friendly. So happy that we decided to get our couch from them. Can’t wait for it to get here! Update: We placed our order on Monday 4/10/23, we received our order 4/14/23. We were a little overwhelmed by how many boxes there were but LoveSac had all the boxes labeled with EXACTLY what was in them! We started putting it together at about 7pm and it was definitely a task, but we managed to get it all put together by a little after 10pm, this time included unboxing and clean up. I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Caren for being so helpful and “open” about the process and deals they had. Also want to say thank you to Jenny who was there when I placed the order. Both of these women were so kind and helpful, I would recommend this location and company to anyone!
