"Absolutely wonderful experience - Jeremy provided the Gold Standard for Aeron Chair repair and Customer service. My Aeron chair broke two years ago and it has been stored since I wasn't able to sit in it. Jeremy suggested that I buy a new frame and bring it to him with my chair. Not only did he repair my chair, he oiled a few places that really needed it. He even shared his deep expertise by pointing out where to tighten a screw, oil, make adjustments, etc. so I could maintain my 20 year old Aeron chair. With Aeron Chairs being so very expensive (although they are the BEST desk / artist table chairs), it was such a terrific discovery to find Jeremy. He saved me from having to buy a whole new chair - the one I've had and loved is now good as new. Highest recommendation!"
