This is the company that has the warranty on my Adjustable base and I have constantly had to get replacement motors for my base and every single time they just keep dying, so I've spoken to them again back in August and it is now December and when I spoke to them they told me they were supposed to have motors in by October 21st and they would ship them out to me ASAP once they received them. Since then we have been contacting them numerous times and nobody is contacting us back. Our adjustable base is broken, it's under warranty that we paid for, and these people are not helpful at all!! I will be filing a claim against this company for how terrible their service is....or lack of is more like it."

"This company is pathetic. I purchased one of their bedframes from a reputable dealer. I was informed several months later that there had been a recall and they had a "fix". I ordered the "fix", a metal support for each side of the frame. I tried to install the support, and it didn't fit at all. I called the 888 customer service number, and it rang for over a dozen times, with no answer or voicemail. I called their main business number and tried various options, with the same result - no answer and no option for voicemail. I submitted a query online, but I have no doubt they will not respond. HOW DOES THIS COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS WITH SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE????!!!!????"
