"Maria is it beautiful lady and so kind and patient and helpful with working the coffee machine. We really appreciate her. We’ll definitely stay here again! Room was very clean."
"Their booking system gave me the wrong *month* from what I actually wanted. Local and corporate were unwilling to correct this. I would have been happy to have the correct day/month, but they turned down all resolution options. The whole time, local staff claimed they would get back to me on multiple occasions, but they never did. Emails and voicemails went unanswered. I had to call many times over several weeks just to get them to confirm that they would neither credit nor refund. I will avoid Motel 6 in the future."
"This place is a nightmare. They love making problems and make no effort to resolve them be ready to call the cops if you want them to take you seriously at all. I paid for a room through Expedia. They refused to let me stay and tried to double charge me. Eventually the cops told them they were wrong and I could stay if I wanted. These people don't deserve even one of your pennies and will make no effort to right their wrongs. You are better off going literally anywhere else. The desert would be safer lol"
"This motel has the potential to be a really nice location with a great view of superstition. Instead, it's a dump! From door locks on doors that never work right to the drug dealers and drug users that run this place. I stayed here from September 2023-January of 2024 and the entire time I had fuel stollen out of my car, a malfunctioning fire alarm going off between midnight and 4AM. The place is infested with roaches. And the manager is verbally abusive to female staff. I have been woken up late at night on 3 separate occasions by the manager screaming at the night clerk, belittling, and berating her in front of guests to a point she walked away sobbing and afraid. Staff will harass you about house keeping but won't do anything about the garbage on the premises or the roaches running about the building. There are killer bees in the walls beside both side doors of the place, and the occasional junkie needle laying around. Plus they overcharge on the rooms and then claim they do not offer AAA or my discounts even when corporate says they are mandated to do so. Corporate office and the ceo are aware and so is law enforcement, hopefully they do something."
"Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stay at. The service was awkward and not pleasant. The lobby was full of vending machines and not all worked. The rooms had a door to the outside and the hallway inside. So yes. Two doors. Didn’t feel safe. The doors had massive gaps on the bottom of them. So you not only feel the air exchange, but you can watch bugs walk right into your room the outside. Didn’t sleep at all that night and was driving to Amarillo, Texas at 5 AM."
