"We have lived here for 2 years and haven't had any issues unlike the previous park we where in."
"Cynthia the old blonde lady at the front office is the worst. Professionalism matters. I don’t understand why they would have someone like her at the front office if she is rude, confrontational, and racist. Please put in a complain at their corporation office if you run into this issue, file a police report if you have too, something has to be done. I’m a resident here for 4 years now and have always had the same issue with Cynthia."
"BIG FAT "0 STARS"!!!! (if I could) and I rarely write reviews. But the old blond office lady was so rude to my clients, then me, that I had to write a review. Professionalism matters. I am a realtor and I have shown many mobile homes. This was the worst front office administration I have ever encountered. There is an older blond lady who is very grouchy. My clients went in first to get information about the application process but ended up coming out 30 seconds later telling me how rude this office lady was. She wouldn't give them an application. So I went in calmly to talk about the property. She refused to give us an application for a property that was for sale at the park and claimed that it wasn't for sale, even though it is listed on the MLS. I told her we went in the home and that it was vacant and she told me in a very confrontational voice the it wasn't vacant, (basically calling me a liar) even though the house is completely empty. She's definitely not a very understanding person and she lacked professionalism. I would not recommend this park to anyone. It looks good on the outside but no thanks if you have to deal with that office lady or heaven forbid, have to ask any questions about anything. Be prepared to get your head ripped off! You have been warned....."
"We lived here 3 years in a RV and overall had a good experience. There is a great clubhouse if you are in an RV with an exercise room, showers, pool table, food prep area, swimming pool and hot tub. For most holidays, they host a party for all residents to attend. It was great to come together as a community. We felt generally safe there. And we had the best neighbors! They also try to keep it looking nice by cleaning up trash, keeping the grass green and trimmed, etc. There are some complaints I have, like the occasional water shut offs to fix the pipes or the recycling bins available are too few for the park. But I think it is good for families and a great deal as you get a lot of value for a lower price. I recommend giving it a try."
