"I live my furniture I purchased with Mega furniture. One of the arm mechanisms broke off the arm. I called, filed a claim and they had a guy out to check it out, ordered the part and a week later it is all fixed. Great customer service and follow up."

"I returned some cushions from my couch to be repaired. Communication for the time necessary to complete the repair was not given, but after reaching out they let me know it would be weeks...knowing that my couch would be without cushions for that amount of time was unbelievably frustrating. Alisha (customer service) did a great job of escalating the situation and getting everything taken care of for me within a week. While early communication would have been helpful, problem solving done by the customer service team saved the day here."

"My bed frame broke & I had it for less than a year. I immediately went to the store where I purchased the bed ensemble they got me in touch with the service center. Within a day, I was contacted by a representative (Espie) who kept me informed of the repair approval under the warranty & progress of the parts that were on order. I was worried it would take a long time to get the parts. It took a month from the time I spoke to Mega & when the repair person came to the house. I was impressed with Espie who continued to keep me inform throughout the process. Roger the repairman was very knowledgeable in his craft, he even touched up a small screw hole on the side panel."

"I had an issue with my bed where one of my rails on a side broke. That damaged the rails and some of the slats I reached costumer service they were extremely helpful. Veronica was literally so amazing, so profesional and had tons of patience with me I literally emailed her so much and was being so “ annoying “ because I was stressed and she handled it so gratefully. On the other hand . When my husband and my father -in-law went to the warehouse one of the workers hit my father in law on the head with a forklift. My husband told the worker what he had done and he denied it… my father in law told him he had no reason to lie and that he had hit him in the back of the head …. The employee was su rude and even had the AUDACITY to ask my father in law if he wanted to “ fight outside “ he said “ si quieres te miro afuera “…….. so on top of getting hit on the back of the head , he also had to deal with an employee who denied it and was trying to fight him outside … I find this event so unavailable and mind blowing . I will be consulting with my business lawyer what action can be taken against said employee. This all happened on Saturday September 2 . They arrived at the warehouse around 12:30 pm Employee name FELIPE"
