OYO Hotel Eloy/ Casa Grande near I-10

"If I could give zero stars I would- I found this hotel through Google and it says it’s pet friendly (not that it matters because I’m a veteran with a service animal) so I went ahead and made my reservation. When I arrived I started the check in process and was asked if I have a pet, I said I did and that it was my service animal. The lady then proceeded to tell me that animals are NOT allowed. I told her that the internet says they are allowed and I told her it doesn’t really matter because my dog is a service animal. She said that doesn’t matter, dogs are not allowed. I asked her to clarify, that my dog is a service animal and she said that they already had 2 service animals on the property and that a 3rd isn’t allowed, I told her that she can’t do that, that what she is doing is an ADA violation. She said it doesn’t matter that she is refunding my money and told me to go elsewhere. I didn’t argue any further and asked how long it will take for the funds to hit my account, she said she didn’t know. I went on my way and found a better place that gladly accepted my service animal. I checked my email and saw that I had received an email from the OYO experience team (that’s laughable) stating that because they have a no pet policy and that I made reservations that they are not going to refund my $700. I sent some emails back including the ADA ruling on service animals and that I better get my refund. As of yet I have not heard back from them. The next communication they get will be from my attorney as well as an ADA attorney. DO NOT GO TO OYO HOTEL!!!"

"I've stayed in worse hotels but not by much. The bathtub had a fiberglass patch in it and there was a empty personal lube tube behind the nightstand. The refrigerator had someone else's leftover fajitas and hot pockets in it. I guess I should have read the other reviews first. I was hoping that Priceline would check out things before placing it on their website. Last but not least, the person at the desk wasn't very nice."

"Only good part is it’s an alright location because the town is cool. Other than that front desk never is there, customer service otp throws you everywhere asking a simple question and there are bugs. Roaches ants and it smells worse then when I was placed in jail for a night"

"Read all reviews before staying here. This s8-hole of the worst people on the planet, should be jailed in the worst jail in the world, but that would be a step up in quality. These people are thieves. Booked a room by a guy who you could not understand, due to his very thick accent. Wasn't told about a dog policy. I had a dog who would sleep in a comfortable bed, with food and water ( I love my dog more then anything ), in the car, parked at a friends property, and not even on the motel property. Despite that, they said absolutely not, and would not refund my money.DO NOT STAY HERE, EVEN IF THEY GIVE YOU A FREE ROOM! Find a rock, even with scorpions, and stay there. You will be better off. I love how the owner writes to you and apologizes. THESE PEOPLE SUCK! I wish I could give negative stars. In retro spect, maybe God was looking out for us. It would cost a lot more to cure whatever diseases we would have caught there."

"The rooms here are typically cheaper than the surrounding motels... I have stayed here a few times with no complaints. But room 120 is hands down THE WORST room here. It smells like mold or mildew, house keeping did a really bad job cleaning the room. The floor in the sink area is sticky. The bathroom really smells like mold and there is some sort of stuff on the walls and inside the tub area. I took some toiled paper and it does come off. So total lack of effort. The paint it peeling in the shower and the cealing fan has Stuff that falls out of it when u turn it on. I have not had this experience in any other rooms here. But BE WARNED ROOM 120 IS DEF THE WORST ROOM TO RENT IN ELOY!!!"
