We chose one fabric for our sofa and another for two chairs and he got it backwards and we had to accept that. Also for what they charged I could have bought two new living room sets. He told me he does upholstery, his mother Marcella does draperies. There are a lot of sample books to choose from ,. I left one of my chairs and was able to take 3 books home . He gave me a rough estimate of what it would cost per chair with material included . Called me later stating his mother remeasured and provided a much lower estimate per chair . Very impressed that he would call me back with a lower cost . Hopefully the workmanship is as good as their people skills"
