Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ - East 5315 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008

"after a long day at a music festival (january), we arrived at this motel 6 around 10pm. we were informed by the front desk boy that we would have to wait on his coworker to arrive before checking in due to “shift change.” i said, “okay we will wait right here.” the front desk boy told us that we could wait outside in the freezing rain & we said no. he sensed our aggravation & then decided to check us in which only takes 5 seconds ofc. The next day, we wanted to take a shower but had 0 towels. We called the front & were told housekeeping would be there shortly. No one ever came so when we heard commotion outside, we open the door and asked the lady who was out there. She was extremely rude, invited herself into my hotel room where I was laying in the bed with no pants on, and accused us of smoking in our room when it was smelling like smoke and the beds were covered in burn holes before we got there because i mean it’s a motel 6. First of all, housekeeping lady, why do you care so much? Poor excuse for a hotel. Stay literally anywhere else."
