"Everything was gone except the breakfast that was awful. We were there for the week and went breakfast elsewhere. That should try to learn from courtyard by Marriott that knows how to do it. We have this annual golf trip (8 guys) and decided to try Hyatt house instead of our traditional Courtyard Marriott. I hope they could fix the breakfast for us to come back because everything else was really good"

"The stars are for the employees who are always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here every spring for the last 10 years. Each year, there are more things broken. There are only 7 lounge chairs by the pool! Yes. 7 lounge chairs, and the chairs by the tables are all breaking!!! The pool is worn out, and the hot tub works sometimes. The ice makers in many of the rooms don't work. The room was "clean," but there were skittles on the floor when we checked in. Sadly, it seems the owners just don't care enough to fix things! We're looking for a different place for the next 10 years! Extra Info: There was an issue with the hot tub on Friday. The guys on duty then were able to deal with it. On Sunday, after one attempt to reset the breaker, which was the problem Friday, the solution was a sign telling us the bubbler wasn't working. REALLY?! We wouldn't have guessed that without the sign. The new owners just don't care. Don't stay here until they fix things"

"We had a wonderful time. The room had a kitchenette which was handy to save some money on food. It was clean as well. I would say it’s a little outdated but it was fine and the bed was actually comfortable. There is a bar on the one side that is very loud that goes till 2am that was the only real downside. Which if you have a room on the other side you won’t hear it’s just we weren’t that fortunate. They have no elevator it is all stairs so ask for bottom level if you have accessibility needs if that’s something you struggle with. Year around heated pool which was wonderful. Also I noticed it has an accessibility chair to get in and out of the pool and hot tub. Staff are awesome at the counter ! The free breakfast is well free at least but they do run out of items."

"We just spent 3 nights here and had a wonderful stay! Would recommend and stay here again. Very friendly, helpful staff. The pool area is nice - always seems to have sun! - and the hot tub is an added bonus. Breakfast is substantial with lots of different options. Some grassy spaces & other seating / hangout areas throughout the property, including a gas fire pit. Having a 1-bedroom suite was ideal for a multi-day stay. There was a full kitchen and living room space with a desk, with doors that close to the bedroom. Close proximity to all the popular Scottsdale spots. Easy to walk everywhere! Two suggestions for improvement: update the showers (clean/fix the tiles, grout & ceiling), and have the main room doors close softer / quieter (otherwise you hear the banging & closing of doors around you)."

"Great little spot in Old Town. Service was excellent during our stay. Amenities were good, as typical as you'd get from a 3/4 star hotel. Room was a good size and everything functioned. There's a nice little pool/patio area in the centre of the courtyard and a decent size space to relax/grab a drink in the lobby area. This spot is also walking distance from a variety of different places. Recommended!"
