"Great service. This is not a typical hotel, and to be honest, I’m a typical hotel kind of guy. If you are looking for a non-typical hotel, where you check in at the bar, and have minimalistic rooms, you should give this place a try. The staff is phenomenal and you will like them."

"Hotel looked fancy the supervisor gave drinks coupen to my other friends 1 coupen for 4 days each and As i don't drink alcohol i asked him on my last day and he was like the tokens my friends got was a mistake. What i feel is they don't treat everyone one equally. I had to ask for a blanket 10 times and I was finally able to get the blanket after 10 calls made at the reception and waiting for 2 hours which affected my sleep schedule. Never staying again. Expectation with Marriott is much higher,"

"First time ever staying at a Moxy hotel and it was surprisingly super nice ! Skyler at the front desk was so welcoming and fun... She definitely made the vibe of our stay great right from the start. The room was different and fun. there were a lot of things to do at Moxy between pool and the arcade games we were set. We hope to stay at more Moxy hotels in the future now... We are both 20+ years old and we felt right at home ❤️"

"This hotel has a nice vibe in the lobby, but overall not a great room experience. The sink only dispensed hot water (no matter which knobs I turned), the shower only had hot water for a few minutes before turning lukewarm, and the room had a funky smell overall. Everything else was fine but those were pretty big issues. Overall I'd prefer to stay at any other major hotel in the Tempe/Phoenix area in the future."

"First time ever staying at a Moxy hotel and it was surprisingly super rad! Skyler at the front desk was so welcoming and fun... She definitely made the vibe of our stay great right from the start. The room was different and fun and the heated pool was epic! We went swimming on New Years Eve... who would have thought! The fries were good and the overall energy in the main lobby was fantastic. We had some time to kill before heading to the airport and luckily for us, there were a ton of things to do at Moxy between pool and the arcade games we were set. We hope to stay at more Moxy hotels in the future now... We are both 30+ years old and we felt right at home :) Thanks again for the warm welcome Skyler!"
