"Rooms are a little dated but still nice and the Oasis was great. Kids loved the water and the staff was amazing. If you have little ones under 3, I would recommend requesting a room the first floor. The spacing on the balcony guardrails is just enough for a little to squeeze through and possibly fall."

"This resort is amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and has all the needed amenities. The food and drinks are very expensive. If you are staying for more than one night I would highly recommend purchasing food and beverages for your room to save a little money!"

"Great location. Love that hiking trails are right there! Easy to get to Mesa and Tempe and so many great restaurants. Hotel rooms were nice, not great but they were fine. Food and drinks are super pricey. Beautiful golf course and cool water park but we never used either. Overall good place to stay and relax!"

"The room we got felt old. Location wasn’t great either, you have to drive if you want anything other than inn n out and Burger King. Wouldn’t have minded all this, but at 400 a night I expect a room that I can’t see through the weather stripping to the outdoors. Was charged another $75 a night at the resort for service fees. This also wouldn’t be bad if the resort didn’t feel run down, but obviously that money is not going to improvements. The advertised water park is a pool, wave pool, and three water slides, lazy River. You cannot bring food or drink into the water park. Hamburgers are $16, and if you want fries with it that will be another $16. Want a hot dog?$16. These burgers/dogs/fries are outclassed by McDonald’s, no lie, not worth $16. Want a beer?$13. Mixed drink? $16. Again, I go to Vegas and expect to pay $16 for a drink , but at least you get a decent drink there, these $16 drinks are a cup of mix and like a cap of alcohol. Basically, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Be ready to be nickle and dimed at this place. For $400 a night you can get a much nicer room and find other activities for your kids. Steer clear of this place, there are better places to enjoy Phoenix."

"Arizona Grand was exactly that! We had such a wonderful experience, from the moment we arrived. The grounds are impeccably clean. The pools are pristine. Everyone we worked with, was so kind and welcoming. The spa is easily 10 stars! What a great vacation. Thank you!"
