"The place is a scam. My good.friend Henry.had stuck it out 3 long months in that flea.bag excuse of a dump they have the nerve to act like is a hotel room. The health department started watching these scammers real close and they have asked any occupants from the last few years to contact them z especially if your stay was in any room other then the 1st building or other than rooms 1-6. I have seen that Nancy threatening to have the police remove every Tennant ev n if they are protected with the landlord and tenant act like.toni was. Remember,.unless u are in room 1-6, then your stay is.not short term and you have all th e rights and protections aww tenant You are not a.tranwient occupant. I will I'll post more.soon."

"Other than a roof over our head, this place is roach infested. The ac they controlled it and wouldn't put it lower than 73. It was a miserable night. Not a safe neighborhood. It was the cheapest we could find for our situation. Not staying their again."

"No curtains, pair of pliers hanging on the cold water valve in shower instead of a knob, gigantic roaches crawling on bed, front door had a hole big enough for a rat to slip in without effort but the manager is a very nice woman, her husband is mean..."

"The room is ok. Not ideal for children. Quiet, hot water, cable, and a fridge, so it's sufficient. The comforter has cigarette burn holes so that explains the smell, the shower has no head, and there are 2 outlets that work by the door... First night there was ok. So far no bugs so i guess the price is good!"
