"I would have given more stars but I waited more than an hour for scheduled appointment. Sure, sometimes its busy but I did not see the Xray technician calling other people, as I could see all those going in for there appointment. I just happened to where the Xray room is located (behind the entry door) and I do not think the technician knew there someone waiting."

"My wife and I will not be returning to S.M.I. The words "unprofessional" and "careless" are what first comes to mind. The staff is extremely rude. If this is how they handle new patients, I'd hate to see how they handle the actual imaging process. I won't be trusting the fate of my loved ones to such an unprofessional , uncaring staff. It says a lot about their work ethic. I feel it is appropriate to add final bit of information about our experience with S.M.I. (Simon Med Imaging). While I was inside the sitting room, I could hear staff members having completely inappropriate discussions. You aren't hear to sit and talk about your sex life, you're hear to help patients get signed in for their appointments. Disgusting ..."

"The front desk was horrible. I was quoted one price by my insurance company and rather than call my insurance company to confirm their quote, they demanded another copayment which I had, but it meant I was not able to eat that night but I was to get paid 2 days later and I told the front desk lady and she could have cared less. She took half off of one credit card and the other half off of the other. . I was left with $9 for two days before I got paid on both credit cards. I was very upset and disappointed with her. She showed zero compassion or empathy. I am a senior citizen and my house is 20 miles away. She wanted me to drive home and get money or reschedule. I would have paid my bill in two days but "payment is due at time of service" per this young lady. My wife and I will be not using Simon Med in the future. My wife has used them MANY times in the past. There are many more options in this town (Casa Grande) that will be better options for us."

"letter dated 12-22 typed up date 12-24. Post marked 1-23-2024. Letter telling me additional screening needed. Oh boy takes a month to get mailed out? They also want us to do a pre registration that's fine however you also asked fir payment and want us to put in card info. Yet you no not tell or post an amount. Sorry not happening. Give an itemization. You k ow what approval is before appointment."

"First of all getting an appointment is awful. You practically have to give your entire life’s story again and again. Since I’m a returning patient they should have all the info my file already. Then I waited almost an hour in the lobby on the day of my appointment, which was ridiculous. The technician was nice but I didn’t feel like she did a through job with my mammogram. This was a month ago and I still haven’t received the results. Terrible place. I’ll probably go to another imaging place next year."
