"I've been a patient with this Banner location since 2017. I've always had a positive experience with the medical staff on-site, they are friendly and compassionate. Unfortunately, the phone staff responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments are rude, condescending, and difficult to deal with. I am a young woman with a high risk of developing cancer. I also have over 15 years professional experience with medical administration, scheduling, and medical office management. I have not had a single positive or even average telephone experience with this imaging center. It is not appropriate for a scheduler to ask me to justify why my physician ordered specific imaging "at my age." It is not appropriate to have to repeat this argument again when they call me to confirm my appointment. And a THIRD time when they call me to confirm AGAIN. This morning, I travelled to this location for an early morning appointment for some follow-up imaging. Upon check-in, I was told that my appointment was not on the schedule, and I was AGAIN asked to justify why I require this service. At this point I have had twice as many negative experiences than positive, and plan to transfer my care to another imaging provider to preserve my mental health as much as possible when dealing with what is already a very stressful topic. I will also be informing my Dr, so that she can refer her patients elsewhere."

"The staff are warm, empathetic, professionals who make the experience of mammography not so unpleasant. My mammo tech, Sarah, explained everything she was doing and why. She was sensitive to my physical discomfort and did all she could to make the experience bearable. I received my results at the visit and left feeling very satisfied."
