"Good Location close to the airport, complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Friendly staff, however it seems they are not great at answering the phone so you can request shuttle. We ended up with Uber We stayed for four 4 nights, we asked once for room service and upkeep, wasn’t got done, I have to go down later at night to ask extra towels. Comes with complimentary hot breakfast, I understand that it is difficult to arrange a breakfast but they have one menu for the breakfast the entire time we stayed, they did not even think that they guests that stays for longer than a night Some says they are going through a management change so hopefully better things are on the way Long review but the only positive is the location and everything else is a challenge"
"While this hotel is convenient to the airport. It it’s located is a sketchy area , full of homeless people and just not very nice. The staff was not very pleasant on the phone weeks before I arrived and once there they seemed very put out and only one person working desk at check in which is the lobby is full of people!! The hotel was not like the pictures. Very outdated , small thin towels( good luck trying to get more towels or toilet paper.) paper thin walls. Could hear the next room using the restroom ! Won’t stay again"
"It is very hard for me to leave such a negative review, but I gave the customer service an opportunity to correct the issue and they didn’t even have the decency to respond, so here I am. Please do not choose this place. My husband and I stayed here because it was close to the airport for our early flight and we didn’t want to have to travel far. When I awoke the morning of our flight I had PINK EYE! I had not read the reviews until after we had purchased our room. As soon as I got there, I was going to ask for a refund, but had seen the only employee running around trying to fix all of the problems people had with checking in and their rooms. She was very sweet, kind, and attentive. I couldn’t bring myself to complicate her job more than it already was, so we proceeded with check in and got into our room. The room was looked clean but upon further inspection we found make up on pillow cases and sheets. A toilet that didn’t want to flush and grime in the shower with black dirt in the bottom. It was disgusting. I decided to push through as the guilt of making the front desk clerk’s job harder. When I awoke with pink eye, I knew exactly where it came from. The cost that we spent on the room was already too much for the condition it was in and on top of it I had to go to a doctor for treatment, bought new make up, and throw out my brand new contact lenses. This place is not worth it. It needs to be shut down until everything is in working order and they have more staff available to work. It is a health hazard. Please avoid this place until it is given the attention it so desperately needs."
"We stayed here Wednesday night, January 31 and when we checked in our first room that we got shouldn't have been assigned to any customer. The bathtub was dirty and had a dirty wash cloth in it. The ceiling was falling apart hanging down. And on the wall you can see that they painted over something but they did not painted it professionally. So the front desk gave us another room since the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. When we got into our second room, there was no phone in our room, but one of the beds had bed bugs in it. We called the front desk and the lady up there told us that she has been telling management about the bed bugs for a while. Obviously they can care less. So the associate told us we'd be refunded our money back. Still dealing with them because they are procrastinating on the refund and trying to not give us our whole refund back. This place needs to be renovated for real and please check your beds before you get in if you stay here or bring your own bug spray. This is my first and last time staying here."
"Friendly staff, delicious free breakfast, only about 10 minutes or so from the airport. First night in phoenix following a 1am flight landing, our room was great. The front desk staff was awesome and friendly for the middle of the night. We checked out after one night but had to check back in a few days later after a canceled flight, as did so many others. The staff was a bit more swamped and had to deal with less patient customers but they did as well as they could for weather issues that canceled flights and were completely out of their control. Our second room there was a large, dirty bath towel behind the door in the bathroom when we got to the room and the water pressure was less strong. Besides that, no issues. They do offer a taxi shuttle to the airport but plan ahead. It's a taxicab, not a big shuttle bus for multiple families. Plan ahead and give yourself extra time."
