"Complete and utter dissapointment. Let's start with the rooms - remote to tv did not fully work, toilet would not flush unless you took the lid off and lifted handle, shower flooded the bathroom and coffee maker did not work. Now the service - I had an early meeting on the East Coast, so when I realized at 5am the coffee maker did not work I called the front desk in which I was told I would either be sent some coffee from the bar or a new coffee maker. At 6:30, an hour and half later, someone showed up with a new coffee maker. I made a cup and got a phone call that they were sending up some coffee from the bar, so I disposed of the cheap room coffee and waited....the coffee never showed up. I guess you don't always get what you pay for."

"The hotel itself is really nice, as is the onsite restaurant. Staff is friendly and attentive to whatever you need. I get the vibe the hotel is trying to put out there, but when you get to the rooms, that vibe is a little too much. A simple eclectic room would suffice, but there is so much going on it sort of overshadows the rest of the hotel's motif. The cow skull light, stencilled shark in the bathroom and the large frame copper-ish art piece on the ceiling are all cool enough, but when you lump them all together, you get that "trying to hard" feeling. Plus the ceiling, while kitschy enough, made me feel like something was going to fall on me all night long. But that's me. YMMV on that. I would stay here again, but now I know what to expect going in."

"We hosted our company winter gala at The Camby and it was an amazing experience. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The ballroom was beautiful, and the food was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. No complaints!"

"They oversold rooms and had to transfer us to a different hotel 10 minutes away. It was after midnight and incredibly inconvenient as we had booked this hotel to be within walking distance of our work the next day. It would've been nice to receive an email or call with advance notice so we didn't spend an extra 30 minutes ubering to two different places. Edit- they did reimburse our rides and made an effort to remedy the situation. I appreciate that they did that. I am still disappointed that we didn't get notified prior to arriving at the hotel."

"Attended a company dinner party. Food was not the best. My chicken breast was undercooked. Not impressed with the rest of the food, almost all the "hot" food was cold and the beef was tough. Service was good-prompt and friendly. Did not stay in a room, only for the dinner. Valet parking only-and the valets were a great group of guys. Friendly and super fast."
