"EXCELLENT......I did not see not one roach. My room was clean and sanitized. Clean sheets, soft thick mattress.....I was provided a complimentary breakfast and dinner every week. Hot showers and a mint on my pillow every night and I stayed 4 weeks. That equals 30 mints ! Go to this establishment.....I was treated like royalty and you will as well."

"The room with two double beds we were told had only one set of sheets. Not a big deal, except upon entering the room it looked as if someone started to remove the comforters and sheet then left. Filthy and dirty does not accurately describe the cockroach ridden room, everything appeared like cleaning was not a priority for the last year. I would not have stood barefoot in that shower even if I was covered in feces. Water from upstairs stayed leaking onto the toilet in our room,"

"Literal heaven on earth. Was met with free food that came in the form of critters on the floor (such as cockroaches) that I snacked on when I got hungry during my 2 week stay. My wife and I are delighted with our honeymoon reservations at sand man motel. The last time I have been this excited must’ve been when my parents told me we were going to Disney land when I was 5. The walls were elegantly decorated with unrecognizable substances that really put character into the experience. Highly recommended!"

"The staff at this location was Ill mannered to say the least. Very unhelpful and incredibly rude. Definitely not within my top 100 choices to stay at. On the other hand if you were looking for a rude staff to assist you and a very low class establishment and depending on the room chance of waking up with bite marks on your body this might be the place for you enjoy"
