"Signed a contract with this guy on 11/17. First off the savings he advertised on the work he does is ONLY if you pay for the job upfront. Also only in cash, even though he has a sign on his desk that says checks accepted. Contract was for the work to be done in 12 weeks. Just got the last piece of furniture today, 16 weeks later. The sofa he did looks great. The recliner I received today looks like it was done by an apprentice. Huge cording on the seams, sticks up at least 3/4 of an inch. He did not answer e mails or texting. If you want your furniture done in a timely manner DO NOT use this guy. In response to his reply; Nowhere on my receipt does it mention 10-12 weeks start time. It says 12 weeks. I have sent emails and texts in my phone that were never responded to. When he finally received the fabric I ordered I did receive an email saying he needed to know what my recliner looked like because he had 2 recliners and didn’t know who they belonged to as they weren’t labeled when they came in. I just wish the 2 BBB complaints were filed before I started this process."
