"I had a CT scan and wrote a 5 star post on my experience. Now over a week later I have not received any results. Ugh that is crazy! I called today exactly a week later as my appointment was morning of 3/11/24 and today is 3/18/24. The person I talked on the phone said sorry it hasn’t been read yet. I find that unexceptionable. I find this time extremely long for a follow up.!!!! If it were you or a family member, you wouldn’t want to wait a week. I had an MRI done at Simons 10 months ago and had results at my doctor in 2 days. ???? What’s the problem????"

"I first went to Simon Med imaging for my x-rays because they were a couple blocks away from my house. The experience was so bad I walked out and searched for other alternatives. Remembering a really good experience at a different Banner imaging site for a Cat scan, I looked for the closest Banner imaging site and called them. They got me in for my x-ray within an hour of my call and it went as smooth and easy as my previous experience. The staff was so helpful and kind. From the person on the phone to the receptionist to the person who did my x-rays, I was treated with dignity and respect."

"Not only was this location so easy to get to, It's right there off the 202, but the staff was amazing!! From beginning to end. They helped calm my nerves by explaining the procedure (hip injection) and what to expect. The doctor came in and explained what he was doing the entire time, asking if I had any questions. After 20mins of making sure everything went ok (observation period) they wheeled me to my daughters car and home I went. The doctors precision made it non painful and I recovered the minute I left. So happy that I got the injection and not push for surgery."

"The procedure I had done was the most efficient experience I’ve encountered to date. Check in was quickly accomplished. I sat for less than a minute, and was let into the exam room. The staff lead me through each step of the exam quickly and efficiently, and I was on my way quickly. Consideration of my time was an exceptional surprise."

"They are indeed open on weekends. Amazing care. Truly, the best. Tip: if you have medical implants or devices BE SURE TO bring that documentation with you (or at minimum the name and serial numbers of the device) otherwise you’ll be rescheduled (as a safety measure). Above and beyond excellent care. My appointment was on Sunday at 8am. I got here at 6:44am. The place was open and I was called in within 5 minutes. Lockers are provided for your convenience. Incredibly clean facility. No address or identifying name on building but see pic. You’re in the right place. Plenty of seats in the building’s waiting area Location: As I waited for my Uber 8 out of 10 people drove up lost and confused. The maps location was sending them astray. But YOU ARE in the right place. It’s between the 202 and Pecos. (see my pictures). PLENTY of parking. Doors are automated and open when you wave your hand in front of key pay that says “wave here to open door” What I personally saw is that no patient waited over 5-6 minutes to be called in. It’s fast and efficient. Entire staff is the best you’ve ever dealt with Restrooms available in main lobby (next to elevator). Wall outlets are a plenty (so bring your charger if needed)"
