"Moxy Hotel exceeded my expectations! Mona checked us in and she was extremely quick, efficient, and friendly. She also gave us helpful recommendations for parking and explained that once we were settled in we could enjoy a complimentary cocktail at the bar. Josh crafted a delicious Moxy Highball for me and shortly after, we met Alaina who is probably one of the best mixologists in the Phoenix area. She crafted unique cocktails to our taste and we spent way more time at the bar than we intended. Rooms are small, but efficient and well designed as we were extremely comfortable. In the morning I noticed I was accidentally charged for parking and Nick took care of it right away. The hotel is great, perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, and vibrant. However the staff takes this gem to another level."

"Room had no spare blankets. I was pretty cold so adjusted the thermostat but every time the heat turned on it made a loud clicking noise that woke me up. Rooms are pretty bare bone- no coffee maker or mini fridge. Fine for staying 1-2 nights for a conference but wouldn’t bring kids here. Everything was modern and clean. Bar staff were friendly."

"Modern interior design in a historic building. Good location in the heart of downtown around stadiums and bars for those who like to stay close to downtown night activities. The parking situation was a bit tricky for first time visitor, but not too bad. Efficient operation with relatively small group of staff, very responsive and helpful."

"TL;DR: Still some grand opening issues but a great addition to downtown. Hotel: The room was small but big enough for an overnighter. Clean and modern. Bed was super firm. Shower was modern but I’d prefer more water pressure. Bar: Great cocktail menu and solid beer options at reasonable prices. The food looked great but we didn’t have any. Service was friendly but also working out some kinks. Cozy atmosphere to hang out. Plenty of free games throughout."

"Dropped in at the bar for some drinks while walking around. The bartenders were friendly and the drink I had was great. Good vibes and a lot of space with table games spread around. I can see both smaller and larger groups having a good time there."
