"First off, special shot out to the employees working in these close quarters during weird times.... my experience and review from that experience took place about two months ago. Those employees: Toryann and Brandon were excellent and doing everything they could. Anyway, here is a short summary before a long review: Great clean clinic and staff. Appt only makes it even better. I am used to the Prescott location which is basically a methadone clinic for the amount of walk in appoinments they allow. Seriously, Prescott needs a bigger TV to display the 20+ patients they have waiting... anyway, this Happy Valley facility has none of those issues.. Ok, here is my long story: For sure five stars. I have scheduled here multiple times before and after they started allowing people back in for covid. This last time I was late in my appointment arrival and there was a group of people in the waiting room. MY first experience of literally having to sit in the waiting room out of at least 3+ prior visits. BACKGROUND and SCENE: Tension were high because a crying new born was getting its first shots and finger prints or weight or whatever they do. Also a guy was getting a vaccine just so he could go to a Phish concert later in Vegas that month. Needless to say, it was a recipe for a terrible wait. But was it??? HECK, I wish I wasn't late, because my time waiting was wonderful! All patients were patient in waiting for their service. Even the unconfomftable guy( at first) getting the vaccine for the concert bagan to describe old 90's concerts he had been to. Some other old timers chimed in on some 70/80s concerts they found relative to a Phish type of atmosphere . ***Some advice not relative to Sonora Quest.*** Be friendly to those around you. After the uncomfortable Phish fan had to sit for a whole 15 minutes, I asked him verbally (and so the entire waiting room could hear): "hey man, it's been 10 minutes, you freaking out yet or what." It was enough to get everyone involved in a lovely song and dance of old concert memories and liberating conversations! Things humans used to do before phones and covid. Such as communicate in real time and be chill. hmmm. ANYWHO! My wait continued on for another 20 minutes as the baby could be heard screaming in the back rooom ( there are only two rooms available for shots or work done here, hence the APPT ONLY option). But I had a blast and the staff was great in handling what could of been a hectic sictuation. Go humans! I tried listening to Phish. They aight. Our waiting room peanut gallery was probably the best concert or social gathering I had been to since COVID. hehe,. Thank for reading!!! *Picture is just me doing a thumbs up after the fact. The faciity itself is much cleaner than my tile!*"
"Had to take my small 9 month baby in for bloodwork. Quickly made and appt online and was able to see which place works with pediatric patients. Arrived and was promptly checked in. The two phlebotomist were so sweet and took their time with us. They had trouble finding a vein but used warm packs to ensure they could find a good vein to prevent having to poke her multiple times. My baby barely cried when the needle went in. High recommend this place for kids!"
"If minus can be given ,I would. This is the worst lab I ever experienced with ,gave blood and urine samples , waiting 10 days and no analysis done on urine sample, the doctor was asking to give a second sample to another location. When I called , nobody knows where the sample gone ,where to get the results. For blood work, no results in the patient portal too. When making calls to check for the results ,the people are very rude over there , asking to call another office. The other office staff is not even know what is happening. Calling for hours ,we could understand that they missed the urine to analyze.Whom to talk. Wrong place to go for . Please go anywhere else"
"The day before my appt, my Dr's office faxed blood work to the fax number given on their voicemail as well as listed on the location’s website. When I called on the morning of my appt to verify the prescription was received I was told the fax number listed is to an office in Tempe. I was then told it would take 3-4 days for them to receive the fax from this office and that there is no way to call the office and ask that they sent the fax over at that time. I was then given the direct fax number and told to have the prescription resent but, they were booked and couldn’t get me reschedule for over a week. If each location has their own fax number, THAT is the number that should be listed on the website and in the voicemail message so prescriptions can be sent directly there, not to an office that cannot be reached and where the prescription sits for days waiting to be redirected."
"My daughter needed her blood drawn. We went to a location near her doctor and were told we could not be helped because they were closed even though the clock said they had 2 more minutes. I inquired about a location that could help us and was open. We immediately left and drove to this location. We arrived at the door at 4:47 and the door was locked even though the door said open until 5. We were told we could not be helped because the last draw is at 4:45. I would have to make an appointment to come back. I did so for 9:15 on a Saturday. We arrived at the facility and checked in @ 9:08. We were helped at 9:28. If you are going to be such stickers on the time, you might want to be on time yourselves. Why is your time more important than mine? I was very disappointed with the customer service and the way things were handled by several individuals. The employees who helped us today were pleasant and friendly to my daughter and explained the process to her, which I did appreciate. My previous experiences have been tumultuous as well. The very first time I wanted to make an appointment for myself I called and talked with an employee. I explained what I needed and made an appointment. Upon check-in, I was told I would have to go elsewhere and make another appointment because that facility does not perform those tests. If that is the case, why would that have not been explained while I was on the phone asking questions and making the appointment. Another visit for my husband was extremely frustrating as we had an appointment online, but they could not find him in their system and we were there for over 2 hours on his only day off trying to get the order and his information so that he could get a simple test."
