"Zero stars pretty much covers itbut i can't do that, either! Worst service, I went twice, still never got the CT I needed. First time they lost me in the system, and even though I had multiple emails confirming, they said I had to reschedule, so I did. When I showed up 2 timer, they said procedure was not approved yet, so they had canceled me. Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule again! And wanted me to fill out an the paperwork again, that was also lost in the system! I declined and happily drive up to Phoenix to get the service I needed!"

"When I have to get my blood drawn, I always pick this SimonMed to do it at. It’s in Maricopa. From the time you check in till you leave they are very professional I am a very hard person to get blood from. Maria can always get me in 1 poke tho. She is wonderful. I don’t trust anyone else to take my blood. Thank you Maria Lori S"

"Difficulty making original appointment. Took 2 hours on phone. New employee? This may have been error on doctor's office. Terrible bruising in arm where needle put in for contrast. First try did not work. But employee called for assistance. The actual testing went smoothly and the time was compacted so there was no wait between tests."

"The staff are all very lovely and try very hard to accommodate. Unfortunately I had to go in twice this week for two different appointments and both times the lobby smelled very badly of urine. All areas were clean and well maintained. My only issue was the smell."
