"Went in on Presidents’ Day to buy a dining room table and chairs. They were having system issues because of the switch to being only Ashley and getting all new systems, cool no big deal. They couldn’t get the system to work so they could swipe my card, no problem. So they wrote my card information down to pay for the order when the system was back up, no biggie if I had extra funds taken I’d know exactly who to report. Come to find out, they took my money and never even submitted the order. Called back and talked with Ashley. Took her forever to find my draft order (I’m assuming it was a draft since they never actually submitted it)? Finally found it, let me know it was actually submitted now, and told me they couldn’t deliver it until 2 weeks after I was supposed to receive it. Asked her if I could get a refund on my delivery charge due to the inconvenience they caused. Ashley said she’d speak with a manager and called me back. Never called me back. Had to call them back AGAIN and finally was offered the delivery fee refund. But I have to come in with my card physically for it to be refunded. Even though they had no issue taking my money without having the physical card. Can honestly say I will not be back, and I recommend people look for what they want and then buy it online to avoid the whole mess entirely."

"Our daughter was in need of a new bed, she was in a toddler bed. Brandon Neville the "cute one" was the one that had helped us out. He made sure we had all our options available to us I. Store and through their web site. He is exceptionally helpful to make sure we got what we were looking for within our budget! I would recommend anyone go see him for assistance if you are going to Ashley on pantano, ask for Brandon the cute one to help you out. You won't regret it! He made this experience great, especially since I hate furniture shopping."

"Very clean! So much inventory to choose from, staff there are all very nice and knowledgeable in what they are selling. Tristan helped my wife and I out, he was very patient with us and helped us pick out what we were looking for. We will definitely be back to upgrade other furniture in our house."
