"I have never had a worse experience. It took three months to get an appointment. I filled at least six pages of forms before the appointment. I arrived ten minutes before my scheduled appointment and the guy behind the glass says that they canceled my appointment because I did not respond to a text message. I said that I confirmed my appointment online and he said that did not matter. I am still angry. They did not email me or call me or text to say that my appointment was cancelled. They did not tell me before hand that if I did not respond to a text message that my appointment would be cancelled. They have so many customers (not patients) they do care at all about my business. Why should they when they are all ready rich. Do not go there."

"This was the worst medical experience of my life. I had someone hook up 21 electrodes to my head for 3 days. No one contacted me on the day that they needed to be taken out had to contact office leave messages. No one returned had to threaten to leave the machine outside to get a call back do not recommend this company."

"Do not believe their paid for Google rating. This place is trash! Do yourself a favor and stay away. They could care less about you or your health and well-being. Also their front desk guy is a pile of douche. Ask for a referral somewhere else, anywhere else."

"Shady billing practices. Made me pay $400 before my test when I actually only owed a $25 co-pay. They say that my insurance told them that is what I would owe but can't provide any proof while my insurance has clearly indicated that I never owed the $400 and that I should never have been charged more than $25. Still waiting on a refund."

"Had an appointment made over a month before, but when I got there, after driving about 50 miles, and having religiously obeyed the instructions for prep, (48 hrs before appointment), I was told they had had a scheduling problem (double booked) and they couldn’t accommodate me. They maintained they had tried to call the day before and “couldn’t” leave a message on either our land line or cell phone. Neither phone was “full” of messages. I refused to reschedule."
