"Wanted to say what a great experience I had with my MRI yesterday. Not only was my service speedy but the quality of patient care was amazing. My tech Amanda, her student Vanessa and TA Madisyn were phenomenal. They all made me feel at ease with my exam and will definitely be going back here for any future exams if needed."

"Amanda went *above and beyond* to help us resolve an issue (unknown model of cochlear implant) in order to get the MRI done. She was thorough, patient, and committed to getting the info need so our drive to this facility wasn’t wasted. In fact, everyone at this facility was friendly, helpful, and respectful. People like Amanda are exactly the reason why we insist on dealing only with SimonMed and not SMIL whenever we are able to do so!"

"If I could give negative stars I would. SimonMed in general is so unprofessional and incompetent its a joke. Scheduled an appointment 5 weeks ago for today for an anatomy scan and was told everything was good. Got a call last week and was told my appointment was canceled as my provider never sent over the orders. Called my provider and they confirmed they did send the orders over. Called back got my appointment back. Got another call yesterday and was told it was canceled as they didn't have my insurance which was a bold face lie because my portal showed my insurance information correct. They put me back on the schedule for my original appointment date and time. Got another call this morning 2 hours before my appointment telling me they need to reschedule as the technician at this location is unable to do greater then 14 week ultrasounds. I have no clue why there is a lack of communication or honesty with this company. If scheduling can't schedule the proper appointment with the proper technician this is something that should be considered prior to making the schedules. Patients should not have to fight so much and be caused this much stress over their lack of professionalism. I will most definitely be filling a grievance with my insurance company because this is just horrible service."

"I have been seen at numerous locations and this by far is the primo of all locations. They were prompt and exceedingly friendly, and also so clean. The technician was superb. She can treat me anytime. I just regret not remembering her name for she left a everlasting impression. Thank you Simon Med for employing such a great family at this location. Don't get me wrong all locations I have been seen at I have never had any complications and are skilled but this location has been the best for me. Thanks again."

"I had a great experience overall. Isaac was the x-ray tech and he was most gracious and helpful. I use a walker and/or cane for mobility and Isaac was so caring and attentive in helping me through doorways and giving clear instructions while I was moving from room to room. We had pleasant conversation as he worked and I felt very comfortable and cared for. Isaac was totally professional while being appropriately personal in attending to my needs during our interaction. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My wait time was minimal. The staff took good care of me and made sure my insurance covered my exams prior to me leaving. I will definitely use this location for future exams. Thank you."
