"I try not to be too critical but not the best experience. The front desk was helpful but when I showed up for an MRI the tech was an hour late. I was told that upon checking in and asked if I wanted to reschedule but why was that not offered to me before hand or called to know that? When the tech did get to me you could tell they were rushed which isn't the best experience. After the appointment I wanted the images on a CD which I was told I would get when they called to confirm my appointment. I guess there CD burner is broken. I asked can they burn it when it is fixed and give me a call and I will pick it up. I was told it's always broken and it would be best to go to another location to get the copy. Okay, can I get a number and verify that their CD burner is working. The answer is no, we don't have direct phone numbers to call you have to go to each location and make sure. If the images are what I need fine but was just hoping for a better experience especially with what you have to pay."

"If I could give zero stars right now I would. I have had multiple scheduling issues. They have a ridiculous system trying to schedule. They call you to schedule, you make the appointment, you show up, and they claim that they called to cancel it. Or you show up and they don't have the availability for what you need at the location that they scheduled you at. They continue to blow up your phone with the auto dialer, and never seem to get it right anymore. I have had x-rays that I have needed to have done for the last 2 weeks and they continued to either have limited staffing, limited time frames, or as mentioned, they arrange your appointment and can't even provide the service. SimonMed used to be a reliable service, and unfortunately is no longer. They do not have realistic time frames for getting X-rays. Why they would stop x-rays at 4:30 when people work typically 8:00 to 5:00, it really is impractical to cut off services like that. They lack empathy and understanding for the fact that we as individuals need to get these things done. We're supposed to be able to count on that, and unfortunately they do not provide a positive service that you can rely on."

"had a great experience with Simon Med. Before my appointment for a mammogram, I received an email with electronic forms to complete online. I also received a reminder call the day before my appointment. When I arrived to the office, there were quite a few people in waiting area, but I didn't hear or see anyone waiting for long periods of time like some of the other reviews mention. KAYCE performed my mammogram and was very friendly and welcoming. The mammogram equipment that this clinic uses is made by Siemens, which is a very reputable manufacturer. The compression wasn't uncomfortable at all ( women readers will know exactly what this means!) KAYLEY was also great w/ my Ultrasound. I felt like both technicians were very knowledgeable and qualified."

"There were good and not so good things about my visit. The not so good could relate to what I was seen for which was a mammogram. The office was clean, everyone was pleasant and I was taken in quick. Once seen I was set in a waiting room that was cold and I had to carry my clothes and personal belongings. I had to be scanned and another ultrasound had to be done. This is all about 2 hours and 30 minutes time. Sitting in that room with no bra on just waiting in the cold dreary room for results was a bit much. Doctor and techs were all very nice and competent."
