"Took 3 try’s to get an MRI done. First Time Machine broke. Second time the machine’s strength was incorrect for my type of test. 3rd time and different location I finally got the test done. Also had an IV installed every time. Which them missing the bien every time on the first try. So six jabs in 3 attempts to finally get this test done. Crazy!!!!!!!"

"AVOID THIS PLACE! Our daughter was scheduled to have an MRI here. Our appointment was for 7 am, we arrived and 6:30 and found the staff unwilling to greet us. This was our first visit and we were unsure if we were in the right place as the signage is old and does not identify the office as a Banner affiliate. After waiting a while and not being helped, I explained aloud we were hoping to find out if we were in the right office. Instead of checking the schedule she advised us we were at the wrong office. She then sent us to another office in the medical plaza (that we later found would not even open for 2 hours!). When we figured out we were given bad info and returned to Banner Imaging she had the nerve to blame the issue on me and was exceptionally rude. I was concerned to find that she was in fact the supervisor on duty!!! When I asked to speak to the office manager she refused to give me the information and walked off, not returning to the front during the entire time it took us to wait for another appointment and complete the MRI. Now I have to contact Banner administration to voice my concern as she was unwilling to do so. Banner Imaging please find competent people to operate your business!!!"

"Staff and people on the phone are horrible! 1st 1st I tried to call because my father needs a medical medical combination regarding the medicine they give you andthey give you and he is told we're not open today. Then I call again and it says they're only a potential 1 PM his appointment is at 2:45 PM I spent all morning on the phone but of course it's a Saturday so nit's oh nothing happened. I finally drive down here remind you I am disabled myself to find out what is going on and I get told oh no we're open until 5 PM you were told incorrect information lies lies lies!!! Disabled people should be treated a little better that I was treated today. And I did file a complaint and when I did and told them I had they got nasty with my mother who was older and disabled herself and said oh no there it opened today you can possibly have. Is. They are rude they are terrible save yourself the time go anywhere but here."
