"I had to sleep on the street because I wasn't allowed to check in the first night of my stay, I called the customer service number many times, but they told me too bad and to come back at 9 am even though I was begging them to help me and I had a room that was PAID FOR, they did not care and did not care about me having to sleep on the street even though I had a room RESERVED and PAID FOR! I then when I came back in the morning to check in; to my surprise, they had sold my room and told me I couldn't stay there. I complained to the front desk woman who seemed like she couldn't care less about me having to sleep on the street; the maintenance guy heard my situation and said he would help me out and put me in a room he had out of order, bless him because NO OTHER STAFF cared about the HORRIBLE customer service they had given me. I am extremely unhappy and shocked at the way I was treated, I can't believe a business treats people like this. I will never recommend this Hotel and warn people not to stay here!"

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was filthy, there were no cups in the room, let alone coffee makers or utensils, in a hotel with a kitchen. The clientele was drug dealers and sketchy people. They were smoking in the hallways, which was actually a blessing, as it covered up the smell of rotten milk that was all throughout the place. There is only one door in and out and hardly any parking near it, so you have to walk through a dark parking lot full of people buying or doing drugs, to get inside. I've never felt so unsafe in a hotel."

"The hotel room had children above me jumping on the floor and pounding on the floor day after day. I asked the hotel staff if they could talk to the room about it and said I didn’t mean to be rude but it was excessive. They got really nasty and rude and yelled at me for asking and said they would not ask another room to do that and if I don’t like it I can leave. There are beer cans laying around on premises outside, inside the lobby on the floor with a broken tv remove. (I have pictures.). The mattress is so flat I had to put it on the floor so I can get some back support. The hotel staff doesn’t answer the calls during the night or front desk. The neighborhood is an industrial environment. Not terribly bad, not terrible good."

"No frills. Thin walls and floors, next to freeway so noisy overall. Wall heat/air about useless. Minimal comfort level. Pet dander and hair detectable in room. Hallways and elevator lacking in cleanliness. Hardly worth the low cost."

"I needed a place to stay for one night before another hotel as I arrived a day early. I wish I would have researched this more, but price was lowest (way expensive for what I found it was like) around the area. Checking was smooth and front desk employee was friendly and courteous. That's all the positives though. The bed was a metal frame with a crunchy, rough mattress on it. Blinds were partially broken. No shampoo or conditioner (this is an Extended Stay - doh!), and no coffee or any kind of breakfast (same reason). This is a sketchy place in sketchy area. Pay a little more for a real hotel. You'll be glad you did."
