"Called them on Monday to schedule an MRI. I think it is poor customer service to have to leave a message to schedule an appointment. You can’t talk to a person. Then on the recording, they let you know that you should not call them a second time if you do not hear back from them because it slows down your chances of getting an appointment!! Received a call from their office on Tuesday. They let me know they were checking into my insurance and would call me once it’s approved. I was there last week and got an x-ray, and I’ve had an MRI there before and I still have the same insurance, so why are they checking on my insurance again. It is now Thursday late afternoon and I still have not heard from them. Meanwhile, I am in a lot of pain and need this MRI asap. I called Radiology Ltd. this morning and have an appointment for my MRI tomorrow morning.I see that my complaint is in the other reviews as well. You would think this company would want to correct this problem."

"So far I have waited a week for a call back to schedule an MRI for my lower back with two stress fractures and a compressed nerve, earlier this week I called and actually spoke with the MRI scheduler who confirmed that they had my request but were still in the process of confirming the details to include insurance approval. Seven days ago my Dr received approval for the MRI and called me letting me know I could call to schedule the MRI which I immediately did, yet I lay here in pain seven days later with NOTHING from SARA, which explains the large number of single star reviews of the less than average organization. As others have stated in reviews Carter Imaging will provide a schedule within 24-48 hours, and I can confirm my last MRI with Carter was scheduled immediately over the phone, however my current health insurance requested SARA, I think it’s pass time to request an alternative organization and file a formal complaint to relevant parties"

"I had a great experience at Radiology Office in Tucson. All the staff starting from the front desk was very nice and kind and professional. Everyone was well dressed and the office was very clean and welcoming. The check in process was very easy and patient friendly. MRI technician help me tremendously to get through, as i was a little claustrophobic. The whole process was very smooth. I got the results within few hours. My primary care doctor was able to discuss it with the radiologist also and my experience throughout was top notch."

"Very, very rude, disrespectful and incompetent front desk. The young lady with long straight black hair is the primary target. In the past 8 months I’ve had two x-rays and two CT scans and she has been a problem every single visit. I’ve taken note of the 2.9 rating this facility has earned. It is baffling that the doctors in Sierra Vista have not approached management to demand improvement. It’s unfortunate that the “front desk” is completely incompetent, as the technicians that work in the back have always been the absolute best. DO NOT answer back with “Sorry you had a bad experience”, as if you were truly sorry you would actually address the problem and make sure it never happens again. The fact that complaints continue to be made about this facility only serves to indicate that the management is also incompetent."

"Had a mani with Stacy and a bone scan with Emily both ladies were amazing. The facility was clean and schedule ran in time. Stop driving to Tucson, that place is great!"
