"Received a letter yesterday cancelling my colonoscopy scheduled in June, which I had to make months in advance. The doctors want to do “clinical research” instead of honoring patients with long-standing appointments. No referrals or recommendations on where else to go to get a colonoscopy, just a cancellation. So rude and unprofessional!"

"I had a consultation on March 8th for some severe stomach problems and that went well and I was originally scheduled for a colonoscopy at the end of May. My symptoms are very severe and impede my daily life but that was the earliest they could book me so I tried to manage. I got a call a few weeks later saying the doctor was no longer available that day and they tried to move my procedure to July to which I had to beg my doctor to move the procedure sooner rather than later and reminded them of my problems. That got the procedure moved up to May 11th. I received a phone call around 8am this morning (May 9th) saying my procedure is cancelled and the practice is no longer doing colonoscopies. I was given no remorse and nobody is willing to help me or give any guidance on how I can get this procedure soon- I felt like they just left me high and dry and I do not recommend this business for those reasons. I now have to start the process over myself."

"This was my second "visit" to Adobe Gastroenterology. Honestly, I wouldn't have come a second time if I didn't receive excellent care my first time here (in 1999). This time was no different. Dr. Hack is excellent, answered all my questions, and my procedure was quick and uneventful. He has a very reassuring manner. The nurses are professional and friendly. I felt well cared for. I do recommend this office and Dr. Hack. My apologies for not taking pictures. I would have if I thought I could get away with it (wink)."
