"My husband and I had a positive experience at Genesis for our anatomy scan. Everyone from the 2 receptionists I dealt with to our ultrasound tech were super friendly and wonderful. My tech was patient and kind - appreciated she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I didn’t receive as many pictures as I thought I would so I called the office back and shortly after received a few short videos of ultrasound. Thank you!"

"Front desk is rude and not very friendly! The ultrasound techs never emailed you the pictures for the last 2 visits until you scream and yell at them then they finally send you pics after 1 month. This place is only getting worse."

"Bridgette decided to come into the room while I was getting my ultra sound done to discuss another appointment. She was rude, snappy and incredibly inconsiderate to think it was an appropriate time to come in while seeing my baby. Then told me I didn’t care about my baby because I was more focused and looking at the screen than hearing what she had to say about an appointment that had nothing to do with my ultra sound. She has horrible bedside manner in those terms and she should consider a different profession. Because clearly she is incompetent."

"Awful awful awful. I had an apt for 9am for an anatomy scan. I woke up early, got my son to school early, and arranged child care for my two year old that I also had to wake up early. My husband took off from his job which is the MILITARY to be there today to see our daughter. Did all the work to get to the office and wait 20 minutes then be called up to be told that they refused to see me because I had a positive Covid test TWO WEEKS prior to my apt. I explained to them that I was past my quarantine period and they told me that they would call me to reschedule because I had told my OB just a few days prior and the lady was VERY VERY RUDE stating that she had all the messages. Apparently messages trump actual dated test results. How about next time don’t make me drive OVER AN HOUR to my apt, schedule/arrange child care for my 2 year old, make my husband take time off just for me to drive there and be told I have to reschedule. Call ahead next time and don’t be a rude B when I try to explain my side all over because of when messages were sent VS WHEN I GOT MY ACTUAL RESULTS. It doesn’t cost anything to be NICE.... I will also be filing a formal complaint to corporate for how rude these ladies were. Never ever again. Waste of my time, energy, gas, etc."

"UPDATE: The ultrasound techs vary from good to bad so be aware. The technician who did my recent ultrasound jabbed me in my pubic bone hard and then almost shoved the rod up my "you know what", before somewhat forcefully sticking it in the where it should be. She also acted like she was in a hurry and rushed the entire time. I will be requesting she not do any of my future ultrasounds. Other than that my experiences have still been positive so far. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Okay, let me start off by saying that I was a bit scared to come here due to the bad reviews, but not only was my experience different I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I went here, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago to get my chromosome ultrasound and blood test done, so I was even more freaked out due to that factor. Thank goodness my experience was good! Everyone at the front desk was nice, and the lady who drew my blood was friendly as well, but what really made my visit great was my ultrasound technician. Her name is Jeannie, and she is seriously one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met in the medical field, period. Not only did she go a great job in calming me down but she wasn't in a rush, and she genuinely cared! I actually felt like she cared about me and my baby, and she took her time with me. I didn't feel like I was just another pregnant patient coming in and then heading out the door. I hope like heck that if I get to come back here for any future ultrasounds or services that I get to deal with her again, because I honestly don't know if I would have handled that visit well without her."
