"I am so appreciative of the patient care from Robert who came to our home for the ultrasound, keeping us safe, wearing two masks, being very professional and compassionate and also very grateful for the kindness of Monique who is also at this location, who assisted in getting the disc ready for us to pickup. Though they sent our provider the ultrasound information, they also made it easy to get a copy as our cardiologist instructed. Very grateful for this at home alternative for those who are not able to go to imaging clinics. Thank you again!"

"I hurt my ankle while on vacation in Thailand. When I got back to the states, I didn’t have time to takeoff work to get an x-ray. Rapid Ray came to my office and did the x-ray right there in my showroom. I got the results quickly, and I didn’t have to cancel any clients. I highly recommend them. They were professional, quick and accurate."

"Brian, from Rapid Ray Tucson, called me late morning Sunday 9/16 while I was grocery shopping, and told me he wanted to do x-ray. I told him my mother 95 y/o is in pain, can barely walk, and was in bed resting. An x-ray on Sunday would not be possible. I told Brian my mother is going to the Orthopedic Institute on Tuesday (9/18). The Institute told me that they will do x-ray there on site for the surgeon before she gets an injection if needed. Rapid Ray Tucson (Brian) told me that they did not & that the primary physician sends them out mobile to the house. I told Rapid Ray the care giver is there 11-1:00 pm to help assist him. Rapid Ray Tucson finally showed up 6:00 pm that Monday evening, after causing my mother a lot of pain to get in position to take this x-ray which was unnecessary. Rapid Ray was supposed to leave information so that the Orthopedic Institute surgeon could upload & access the x-ray results online before her treatment on Tuesday. This is what Rapid Ray told me. There was no information left! I called Rapid Ray (Brian) Tuesday morning (day of my mothers appointment) and asked him about the information, he stated "he forgot to leave it!" I received a call later that morning from Rapid Ray Tucson (Ashley). Ashley stated they cannot upload information in that manner, not to the Institute, and told me that if I wanted the x-ray results for the surgeon, before the appointment, I would have to drive to their office across town an get it myself. I told her I was already leaving work early to take my mother to the Institute, in a meeting at work & could not make it. All I got was attitude from this person (Ashley-Rapid Ray Tucson)! In the end-the Orthopedic Institute did perform their own x-ray for the surgeon! In fairness, I did confirm later that my mothers primary care physician did order this x-ray with Rapid Ray because my mother was in a lot of pain. Not sure why because I had to take her to the Institute by wheel chair the next day anyway! Rapid Ray Tucson demonstrated poor technical and customer service, giving me nothing but confusion and attitude for two days straight, specifically this would be Ashley & Brian. I don't recommend them! Filed a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau on 9/19/2018."
