"Was supposed to have an appointment at this location today, upon arriving I try to check in with the receptionist. Everything is normal up to the point that she tells me my appoint today is going to be over $150. Thinking this number is abnormally high for my insurance, I ask if there is an error, or maybe my insurance wasn't ran. The receptionist then tells me the total cost of the procedure before insurance was over $6000, and my total responsibility was over $1000; This sounding like absolute madness, I tell her to rescind the partial payment I made in order to be seen and cancel my appointment because something is terribly wrong. The receptionist isn't able to provide me with any information on why the amount was so big and simply directed me to the payment department. After contacting them I learned that SimonMed, estimates the cost of your appointment, assigns responsibility of it solely to you, determines an amount you owe before the procedure is done, and after everything is complete; THEN they bill your insurance and will issue you repayment if you over pay. Sounds completely bonkers to me, and is different from how every other professional I've been to has ever done it. If you have lots of money and don't mind giving them a loan for several weeks, I guess this is an okay establishment to conduct business with; For the rest of the sane population, I recommend looking elsewhere for services."

"A busy place. Very professional but also caring facility. Most of my questions were answered. I won't go into the repeated phone calls to different numbers to answer insurance questions. But I'm not sure improvement in this area is possible due to privacy and need to know policies. Of course the MRI machine is cramped and loud, they do offer earphones also for communication. For others, no metal and get comfortable and do not move. Close your eyes, breathe normally and sing a song to your self. Before you know it it is completed. A necessary inconvenience but very doable. And do pray for healing of whatever is ailing you. Tim"

They treated me with the up most respect in a professional matter.the staffing was very polite and treated like family. The visit went well and was handled with quickness. It would be nice to see refreshments for the patience."
