"This place is a joke. I had an appointment. For about 2 weeks. They call the day before to tell me they had not contacted my insurance. And in have to either pay upfront for a ct scan or wait at least another 2 weeks. A cpl months ago I had a mammogram and it was the worst one I ever had it was bruised for about 3 weeks after clear up to my shoulder. Hopefully they can get me in at the hospital for the test I need. i want nothing to do with this place."

"I've read these other terrible reviews and am shocked. Is this the same place I've had 8 or 9 CT's over the past 3 years? They are super friendly, helpful, scheduling was a breeze, answered the phone quickly and the Tech, Shannon, is the absolute best. I hate going but I truly look forward to seeing Shannon every time. She is a jewel. People have good days and bad days. Right?"

"If you need a CT or X ray scan, GO HERE!!! The tech, Shannon, is the best I've ever had BY FAR. Funny, kind, amazing service, and incredibly skilled (I've never had a completely painless IV insertion before). Nothing but good things to say."

"They pushed me out the door because it was too close to quitting time, said that the repair person was working on fixing the xray and told me to go to St. Joe’s. I called to try making sure the xray was operational and was met with over a half hour of hold time just to ask if the machine was repaired. SimonMed office staff is horrible and nearly nonexistent. At this point I’m gonna go take my chances at the ER with Covid than give this sham of a business any chance to do anything else negligent to me."

"One of the most unprofessional HIPPA violating facilities I have ever been too. Everyone was so happy, yet no one was able to efficiently do their job in a private way. They had a Spanish speaking patient and had another patient translate. The whole waiting room knew what was going on."
