"I went in for my first my fist mammogram and was told I would probably get a call back to get another mammogram if they found anything so they could compare. That is exactly what happened. I went in for my second mammogram and paid again upfront. They told me that if the two procedures were not done I would get a partial refund. I had both procedures done. Then I received another bill in the mail. I called to find out why and I'm being told that they bill the mammogram with two different codes. That did not happen with my first mammogram and it is still considered one procedure. I am not going to pay for something that was not told to me upfront or explained during my appointment. I called to talk to the billing manager. I was only able to get ahold of a supervisor. The woman kept telling me that mammograms are billed with two different codes. That was not the case a couple weeks earlier for my first appointment."
