"From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The office was neat and beautiful. The online scheduling was efficient, and when I came in to register Peggy did a wonderful job taking care of me and getting the dreaded forms completed quickly and painlessly. The technician for my mammogram was clear and explained things well, I kept my belongings with me, she was patient and sympathetic to the process. She explained what would happen when the results came in and was always pleasant and friendly. Great experience!"

"I went in to Northwest Woman's Imaging at Oro Valley today for my first Mammogram. Check in was a bit slow but overall I was happy with my experience. The front desk lady was pleasant and efficient. I was in and out within an hour and I was pleased with my radiology tech, Kim. She was kind and warm and made me feel very comfortable with my experience as it was my first mammogram. I appreciated that she checked in with me to be sure I was as comfortable as you can be when having a mammogram. I plan on scheduling my future annual mammograms with them."

"APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had made an appointment for an Esophagram for today at 9:30am, I got there and did all the paperwork and by then it was 10:20am. They sent me to the radiology reception desk where they told me to have a seat and wait to be called. I could see people that had gotten there after me being called in so I went to the desk to ask why I was still waiting. The receptionist said she didn't know why since I was the only patient listed to have that kind of test, all the other patients that had gone in where having something else done. I waited 10 mins more and left. Although that is the closest facility to me I will make an appointment somewhere else."

"Had a mammogram and Dexa scan same day 22 days ago. I never received a letter telling me the results. Kept checking with Women’s Imaging (called several times on different days) and my ordering Doctors office. I finally found out yesterday from my Doctor’s reception that my Dexa had arrived but my mammogram was never written up nor sent to my Doctor. The phone number for the imaging center is not on the website. I was finally able to get the number from the medical records department, which I had spoken with many times previously. I called the imaging center and found that they had finally written the results and posted it for my Dr yesterday. The reason they had not done so previously was because they hadn't received my prior images. Had I known that information I could have expedited that for them. It would be helpful if the phone number for the imaging center was on the website. I would have at least known why the mammogram had not been delivered to my Doctor."

"I love this office, its very clean and efficient. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have many services. I get my pregnancy ultrasounds here and I always leave with great images of the baby in the classic images and a few 3D images. They measure the baby and explain what all your looking at and how the baby measures up. This is my 6th child and as technology advances Im so amazed at the difference in the care I recieve now vs my first child only 11 years ago."
