"Front desk associate is very rude. When checking me in she stated what I was there for when signing consent instead of just saying I was signing for treatment. Other patients were around. I don’t need everyone to know what I’m being seen for. Yes, we know it’s for imaging. Everyone who check in she said they are signing for medical consent. Let’s just say she was nicer to others. The tech who did my imaging was very nice Front desk not so much Will not come back here if I don’t have to. Now I know why they have such low ratings Another thing, what year my husband retired from the military have to do with my care? Or when I applied for disability? You have my insurance information so that should be enough. You don’t need to know personal information about my disability or my husbands retirement I have never had any part of banner ask me those questions."

"Terrible staffing at this office, they have no idea of what customer service is, I tried calling the office to ask a specific question about my mammogram appointment and it was impossible to get through, I even called the central scheduling office and they couldn't get a hold of anyone, I drove to the office to clear my doubts and the receptionist had an attitude from the beginning, I am always nice and have good manners, I dont understand why people treat others like that, work somewhere else people please."

"Took my severely autistic son here for an MRI. The appointment was at 1:30pm. I told them on the phone my son cannot wait long periods of time. We arrived at 1:15, by 1:50 I inquired if it would be long when I was told our appointment was at 2:30 but they just wanted us there an hour early. When they called us back to be put in a room I was told it would be 2 more hours until the anesthesiologist would be free. My son was already screaming from overstimulation and no food or meds. We left. Now it's another 4 months to get another appointment. Won't be going back."

"I got a MRI at medical imaging center at the location 3838 N Campbell. This team is outstanding and caring. After having such a low opinion of Banner from previous doctors. This appointment restored some of my faith that health care can be professional and compassionate. The front desk, Danisha was friendly and upbeat. Once I got called into the back, I interacted with 5 team members and all of them were friendly, helpful, answered all questions and compassionate. Bea, Andrew, Ming, Chris, are excellent at what they do! It was also helpful that all staff was wearing mask and some chairs in the waiting room placed apart so I could social distance."

"Area was bright and productive. The Techs and receptionist were busy and bustling with work and plenty to do. All while delivering the high quality service that people require. Lobby was a little dirty but a light hiccup I’m sure. Felt very cared for and respected here."
