"Everyone was nice thank you, but very slow on the mammogram seems that we should have all questions answered before we are taken back. The system also of having to answer the questions online and sign in online AND then having to fill the same form out in your office is ridiculous. When we are scheduled for certain procedures and you as an office should have made sure you had received all orders so the procedure could be done at time of appt. So it’s unfortunate but I have to reschedule. The young lady that did the ultrasound very nice and professional (love her) thank you! Very efficient as well!"

"Tech was superb. The scheduling was ridiculous. After at least 2 months after visit was complete I was getting 3-5 phone calls and texts a day to schedule my appt. I called multiple times to let them know screening was done. Unfortunately the call center is outside of US."

"One of the girls working at the front desk could use some professional clothing help. She was wearing a mid drift top and I would say they were elastic workout pants. I stood there for a few seconds before either one said they’d be with me in a moment but never lifted their heads to make eye contact with me. I’m retired after working 42 years in the medical field, 21 in a hospital. I would never gotten away with the treatment I received from the front desk staff. The techs were amazing as always. You can tell they are compassionate when it comes to patent care."

"Technician was great. Triple booking is not. Arrived 15 minutes early and sat until 63 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. This was after getting a seven am call two weeks earlier the day before my appointment to reschedule. Should have known then. I won’t be back."
