"I’ve been here on and off for 2+ years The price is the best in town It’s plus electric and even that rate is fair The owner is polite and easy to work with I’ve seen him giving breaks on payment many times Spaces are adequate with 20’ish pull through sand and equal amount of back ins If you can drive your rig you’ll have no issues getting in and out Tenants are quite for the most part but like all parks you have that 20% who you just can’t please There are trains but the don’t bother me and you get use to them. They are 1/2 mile away. I like the park, the owners, and my space. That’s why I come here when not at home"

"Very friendly place, small spots no pull through, tight back in but great laundry room, owners are polite but don't take word seriously just mind own business weather overnight or extended, close to everything possible need"

"My bride and I were in desperate need to plug in because the generator in our RV wasn't providing power to run the AC. We were already having a rough trip coming from southern California. When I called, I asked if I can get a price for just a few hours so we can cool off and shower and nap. They were extremely nice and hospitable. "The town of Benson is great. Great dinning along with some nice hiking trails. As far as the RV park. Rates are reasonable there's one shower two washers two dryers un level trailer spaces. They say you get free cable. So far haven't seen. Park was clean though..You are with in stumbling distance from the Arena Bar."

"Extremely narrow sites, very close. A poured patio (which would usually be nice) was approximately 8-10 inches high. Which made it extremely difficult to park the rig next to it without hitting tires. There was no room for any adjustment because the site was so narrow. After you are finally parked, it took many blocks to level the one side. Had to even borrow some more. To drive out, you had to go the opposite direction, because it is a dead end street. Which was very tight. Now we have parked many different ways. This was unbelievable and our rig is only 27'. Would not recommend to anyone longer."
