"Where to even begin… this hotel is a massive rip off. The pictures show nice rooms but what you get is no better than a dirty motel off the freeway. The floors were disgusting. The room we got looked like they pretended to renovate it, however the furniture was absolutely disgusting, with stains and cigarette burns everywhere (they didn’t even clean the coffee rings off the tables), there was dog food on the floor, pubic hair on the bed sheet. It’s almost like they just made the bed, took out the trash and gave us the room after the previous guests left. The walls are bare and sad, with paint chips and holes. The TVs don’t work. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet, the mattress was disgusting, there was stains and even what looked like blood on it. The sheets were no better than big dirty rags. The whole place smells horrible to the point where they stick little blue toilet air fresheners in the AC vents to try and mask the smell of filth and drugs. The carpets probably stopped being cleaned years ago. There was tape over the smoke detector, probably done by the previous guests so they could smoke drugs in their room (there was people obviously doing drugs all over the building and I’m not talking about weed). There were bags of trash just sitting in the hallways. I didn’t even try the wifi but if they can’t even get a plain old tv to work there not much hope left there. Do not stay here unless you wanna bring bed bugs or meth/fentanyl residue home."

"Great prices at this hotel. Huge rooms with everything you need. The customer service was 5 star. I was staying there with family and little children for 3 days and needed a lot of little extra things for our room and the service was incredible. I'm so glad we stayed here. Nice pool, laundry area and restaurants inside. Thank you all the staff dor going above and beyond. Especially front desk and housekeeping ."

"The worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Check in, two ladies behind the counter looked miserable. No smiles, no greetings. This hotel is 40 years old and I don't think anything has been updated since. Rock hard mattress, scrawny pillows, thin towels, lights that don't turn on. The sink drained slowly and the pipe leaked so the bathroom floor had a puddle of water on it. The smoke detector was hanging loose from ceiling. I went to front desk in the am to ask for a blow dryer. They brought one that screeched and then started smoking, it was quickly unplugged. Room service then brought a brand new dryer, so thanks for that. The lady at front desk on Wednesday morning was very kind and helpful. Maybe she could train afternoon crew on customer service skills."

"Had a very pleasant and mostly comfortable 2-week stay after switching on request from the first-floor dated and dingy room to a third-floor, renovated room with newer mattresses and furniture. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed but lacked adequate lighting (only lamps, no overhead lights) which limited evening activities and work. Most staff were very kind and happy to help with questions and requests, and breakfast options were broad, with slight daily variations which kept things fresh for our longer stay. A longer breakfast window (past 9 AM) would have been appreciated. We were very relieved that the reviews of bedbugs did not impact our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the WiFi could be spotty, especially further into the room, but it seemed the hotel has taken steps to expand its reach and availability. Elevators on one side didn't work for our first few days but were fortunately promptly fixed. Good hotel location, less than 10 minutes from any restaurant, bank, department/grocery/pharmacy stores, good amenities, would consider staying again if it was slightly cheaper, lighting was better, and internet was more reliable."

"This is a room I rented by the Ramada Franchise. The whole room should be loaded into a dumpster. If you think the furniture looks back I guarantee the smell was worst. The refrigerator started screaming in the middle of the night. I had to get up and pull it out to get to the plug. It was a true nightmare experience. The staff did their best, but they haven’t put a penny into that place in decades. If you stay there I’ll pray for you. Ramada has not responded."
