"Great customer service ! I would highly recommend staying here for this price compared to other paying a little extra is worth it. The rooms and most important of the bathrooms were really clean. The breakfast was free and it was really good and if you want to eat close by there is a Mexican restaurant that they give you a discount at if you are staying at this hotel. I couldn’t hear anything from the highway or airport if anyone was wondering about location."

"Hello, I had to make the long journey back to deal with my dads passing. I wanted to stay near the airport for access. My fathers stuff was way out in 3 points but this was my best choice to stay in Normal City enviroment. Not Knocking Horrible 3 Pionts but Just Ick. Any how. Ok the Rooms are fully what you expect for a Holiday Inn. The oddity is they still use CFL light bulb. The light is just Dim. And Yes you can hear the airplanes. Up side. Breakfast area is laid out better than normal, the food was buffet type but well stocked. The front Desk help! - hold on , OFF THE CHART HELPFUL. I travel alot. Super Customer service is not the Norm! This place has it in spades. It was a horrible trip for me, but a great room. And real close to the airport. SAID airport could learn a ton from Here! Thanks for a perfect stay. UPDATE: SORRY I MENT 5 STARS! Great Place!"

"We were quite disappointed with our experience at this Holiday Inn Express, especially considering the nearly $200 we paid for the room. The overall appearance of the place is rundown, and the bathrooms are notably small and unattractive, with outdated amenities. It's disheartening that the hotel charges a high price for what seems to be a subpar offering."

"I cannot say enough good things about my family’s experience at this hotel! We felt very safe in the area. We arrived at night and the parking lot was very well lit. The hotel lobby was modern, stylish and welcoming. The staff was excellent!! Reuben, Dina and Miguel all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every part of our room and bathroom was absolutely immaculate!! Everything about the beds was top tier, from the mattresses, to the pillows, the crisp cotton sheets and duvets. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We would most definitely stay here again and again!! Would HIGHLY recommend it!"
