"I had awesome experience up and over most nvr once with clean staff etc even stayed a month . But had an issue out no were n acordly Erika general manager afterone of her " staff member named" Jessica from phx" said I could switch rooms . The main manager said no I was not aloud and even told me I had falsified the info. They out no were blocked me from hotel because they claimed I violated the policy agreement I was completely saddened by this and only wish best for ppl but this kind stuff is not cool I had go out my way to find something else temp . I recommend guests becarful reading fine print there extremely strict backing the policys also lots unusual cop activity ."

"The hotel, Intown suites in Gilbert is very clean, and quiet. It’s like pure serenity here. Also, I want to say that the staff front desk housekeeping, everybody involved was very kind and respectful,. They all deserve five stars Very accommodating thank you"

"BED BUGS!!!!!! Male workers walking into your room and night and not leaving. Beware, do NOT waste your money at all. There is no refund. There are also COCKROACHES. We switched rooms because our first room was infested with tiny cockroaches… we were in there for 30 minutes before they started crawling everywhere. The second room was WORSE!!!! The couch and bed is infested with bed bugs. We are sleeping elsewhere tonight and had to put everything we have in a trash bag. And we are here with our toddler. They say they don’t do refunds, but I will do my best to get one back. Almost $500 for seven days. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!! Right after my husband left to get some things, a male worker came into our hotel room and would not tell me why he was there and he would not leave right away. I told him I feel very uncomfortable and demanded to know why he was there and he would not tell me!!! I had to walk over, with my toddler in my arms and shut the door in his face and lock it. I took his picture for my safety."

"This InTown Suites in Tucson Arizona is my third stay after Aurora Colorado and the Phoenix West locations in the past fourteen years. The other two locations were nice, however the Tucson location is my favorite. It has a nice, clean appearance on the outside and parking lot area, and the rooms are the best value around! The management is professional and very responsive. If you need a hotel room for more than a few days, then definitely check into InTown Suites!"
