Comfort Inn Green Valley I-19

"This hotel is run down and lacks basic maintenance. The staff is rude. One of the worst breakfast buffets I have ever seen. Coffee is watered down. I travel frequently and it has been years since I have left a poor hotel review. Too much to list wrong with the room. The shower has only 1/2 of the water going to the shower head. When I did the on line survey for the comfort inn, I got a rude response denying problems. Look at all of the recent one star reviews and you can see for yourself."

"This hotel is in dire need of upgrades and staff retraining. There is no sense of customer service or hospitality and the hotel is in a state of disrepair everywhere. As an example, • Drawer hardware in room not attached to cabinet so the drawer falls • Heating and air unit knob is so loose it points to 3 selections and the unit is filthy • Rust on the sink drain • Door handle broken • Breakfast is awful (Powdered eggs?) • No lights at the hot tub • No anti slip surface in tub • Bed sheets are super thin and not comfortable • Broken drinking fountain and no 'lemon infused water' as shown on website • Broken drink machine at breakfast • Broken treadmill stored in the hallway • No streaming options in room • Bedside clock buttons don't work and can't be set to correct time • Toilet stops up way too easily (super old) and is LOUD • Saw what looked like a homeless man sitting in the stairwell on the way to the pool • The rate at check in was higher than agreed upon and took 15 minutes to correct I finally had enough and checked out early. Even though I checked out at 4:00 am, I was charged for an additional day. Never, ever, ever will I stay at this or any other Comfort Inn."

"This hotel was the perfect stop for us after a long drive from Bisbee to tubac. The location is right off the freeway and there is a family restaurant within walking distance. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and our breakfast was hot."

"First time in Green Valley. Checking in was super easy. Rooms appear bigger in the pictures. Still, the room was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the pillows were excellent."
