"Very nice ranch venue. The casa is well appointed and well-maintained. There are several different species of birds flying around outside the front door. One can walk around the ranch access roads for exercise. Great views of the mountains!"

"I made a mistake. I'm human, something which these people are NOT! I thought I was booking a vacation for February 2022 - March of 2022, and was charged for a full month stay - over $2,000 when I never even showed up this past February!! My special needs, granddaughter was scheduled for open heart surgery for February/March 2021....there is NO WAY I would have made plans for then. But these thrives wouldn't even refund a dime to me, because "they tried to contact me" and couldn't reach me....really? Wouldn't that have been the first clue?!? I even asked if the money they kept could be used for a future stay, which was denied. No empathy. No understanding. Sound like wonderful hosts, NOT! I am a 63 yr old widow on a fixed income, but apparently the Peachy Ranch isn't so peachy. Hope they put my money to good use for their selfish selves. Very sad how GREEDY people are. I believe in Karma.....and I'm praying for their souls.....very, very sad and disappointed."
