"Honestly I'm giving one star because the lady at the front desk was super nice but the room was AWFUL! Stunk like smoke, trash wasn't emptied, used soap bar with hair on it in a dirty tub and shower curtain had mold/grunge along the bottom. The last place you wanna stay after driving 12 hrs!! If you get Rm 131 give the card key right back!"

"We let them know that our flights were delayed and that we would be arriving really late. We arrived at 4:30 am and were, very rudely, told that since we hadn’t checked in by 3:30 am our room was already sold. I understand that the night auditor is probably in that role because she does not like interacting with people, but she seriously needs a customer service lesson. The Baymont by Whyndam, however, were VERY accommodating and very much worth the extra $20. Also, my family that did get to their room here in time found dead bugs in the fridge and all over the room. Disgusting."

"I was able to book a room here at the last minute, and was pleased to get a downstairs non-smoking room at such short notice. Desk clerk was nice and helpful, and the room was so much better than at the last motel 6 I had been at. Clean, attractive, and modern, with great, comfortable beds. Grounds and parking also clean and well-kept. I felt very safe walking my dogs at 5AM there. Traffic noise not bad, and lots of nice restaurants around. Will definitely stay there again."
