"Lab Corps website is mis information. They never post you need a Doctors Order to get a blood test. Cris, or Chris the receptionist was so rude when I challenged the procedure on how I was able to make an appointment without an “order”, she said “go home”. My lab work is a life or death lab. Not some kind of game. Chris should be fired immediately for her lack of help or support. I will be contacting the BBB and the Lake Havasu Chamber."
"The check in Kiosks are a joke, waited for my appt only to be told they cant do... wait for... my labs. I set two different appts online. Do whatever you can to find another lab to go. They will not do all your labs at the same time. Ive been here twice now, first I was too late to do the pre-employment drug screen because you have to be there before like 1:30PM. Now I get here at 9:30AM and Im too early to get my TB titer. So she says I have to have two separate appt for labs !!! WTH ! I sure as hell dont have time to run back and forth for multiple appts to get stabbed and piss in a cup. Jesus Christ !!! Youre a lab !!!! Horrible !!!!"
"Made an appointment for 10:15. I was fasting, of course. Arrived 20 minutes early and signed in. Waited about 20 minutes to be called up for paperwork. Did not have my blood drawn until 10:52. Staff claims they are understaffed for the volume of appointments corporate subjects them to. The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating is the tech who drew my blood was so apologetic and pleasant, I still left with a smile. Update. My last two visits, they were unable to find electronic order and could not find my appointment even when I showed them. Place is a disorganized mess. Complaining to corporate does nothing. Obviously, they feel your time has no value."
