"Went in and talked to a younger gentleman about having my window zipper replaced on a jeep top. He seemed to b more interested in showing me pictures of seats he had covered. They looked good but I wasn't interested. After getting my info and promising to call me with a quote the next day I left feeling well taken care of. But since then, 5 days ago, I haven't heard a word from the gentlemen and have decided to take my business elsewhere. He should have just told me he couldn't do the job. Good luck to all..
